Our swage
studs are precision made so they work
as easily and as well as possible. Rigging studs also
feature a new swageline to help you or your rigger find
the end of the hole painlessly and effectively. Other
improvements include reduced shank ends and roll threading
for superior strength. And all this comes to you at a
lower cost. We are now running multiple CNC machines which
allows us to make these parts cheaper, faster, and better
than ever.

Turnbuckle
Replacement Parts

All of the pieces
of our tubular and forged turnbuckles can be purchased individually
for replacement purposes. Our eye rods are now made from electro-forged 316
grade stainless steel and all other parts are also 316 grade
stainless with the exception of our forged bronze bodies.

Pelican
Bodies and Gate Eyes

Our pelican hook
bodies are available investment cast (imported). Lifeline
eye nuts are available as replacements. Welded design, all
316 grade stainless steel.

Rings,
Pins, and Nuts

We offer all of
the pins, rings, and nuts for every job. Our clevis pins are
now CNC manufactured here in the factory so they are sure
to be without burrs and will always fit where you need them.

Wire
Rope Clips, Thimbles, and Copper Oval Sleeves

|
Thimbles can be
used with both wire rope clips or copper sleeves. Copper sleeves
are meant to be crimped with our hand
crimping tool. All of these parts offer a low cost, quick,
or temporary alternative to our turnbuckles.

U-Bolts
|

Unique tube-over
design eliminates the stress points found in most U-Bolts.
Manufactured from 316 grade stainless steel, these U-Bolts
achieve high working loads and are highly fatigue-resistant.
